Core Classes

Core Process classes are group sessions that meet for two hours. They not only serve as an excellent introduction to Core Energetic work, but are an opportunity for each member to discover and explore their authentic self. The core exercises and group process use movement, sound, breath, emotion, and insight which creates an unmasking of defenses and negativity allowing authentic contact with others in safe environment. During the series members have opportunities to focus on specific areas of their own life to deepen understanding and expand aliveness. Unblocking unconscious energetic blocks in the body and personality patterns develops insights and possibilities for growth and dynamic change. Expansion, freedom and new choice begin to organically emerge in conjunction with community and creativity. Love, fun, and joy abound.

Private Sessions  

Private session are both individuals and couples. Dr. Suzanne Lopez brings Core Energetics as well as many other holistic modalities to personally assist the client in dynamically interfacing body, consciousness, and spirituality. Each session is unique as is the individual served. Dr. Lopez provides an atmosphere of safety, love and extensive professional training and experience.  

Dr. Suzanne Lopez healing techniques use gentle and powerful energy medicine that help to integrate or release deeply ingrained energy patterns and beliefs that no longer serve the individual, thus creating the possibility for one to discover new potentials and capacities within.
